I went to see Russel Brand live at the Wolverhampton (get me) Civic Centre last year.

Walked out after an hour which, on reflection, was completely selfish as my other half wanted to remain - and did. Never did get forgiven for that. Not that arsed with Brand though, or sex, so c'est la vie.

As aN added bonus (to missing out on Brand) I found a rather nifty little wine bar a few doors up doing a spanking Banrock Station Sparkling Shiraz at £4 a pop.

Splendid.
